Bought a "new" Leadtek GF2 Pro retail from him

I was told it was basically new - only installed and then used to load an OS. When it arrived it smelled like it had heavy smoking around it and it was missing the games that make it a retail package.

I attempted to discuss the situation with him but he continually avoided the subject and changed his story. He claimed he did not smoke and said that it could have "dropped into the package" while he was getting it ready to ship. What on earth does that mean? Then FINALLY he came back and said "Okay, if I do smoke, what do you want me to do about it?" This after I told him 2 or 3 times that it was up to him to make me an offer because he was the cause of the problem, not me.

I cannot recommend him because of his lack of honesty with me and I will not deal with him again!
